Sal & Judy’s™ Creole Tomato Cream Sauce is an original product by Chef Sal Impastato. This sauce is more like a French/Sicilian pasta sauce. Chef Sal’s Sicilian generations-old recipes and his years of experience in French influenced, New Orleans’ famous restaurants, including La Louisiane and Vieu Carre have all combined into this original creamy sauce that will keep you going back for more. Sal & Judy’s™ Creole Tomato Cream Sauce ingredients include a little butter, heavy cream and Romano cheese. This sauce will go perfectly with seafood, veal and fowl.
