Sal & Judy’s™ Flag EVOO (750ml) is the first olive oil imported from Sicily to New Orleans. The olives are all Noccellara del Belice from Partanna and Castelvetrano, Sicily. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a rich flavor with notes of artichoke and almonds with a peppery finish. The acidity level is .03 or lower.
