6 whole Eggs
1 jar Sal’s Red Gravy
1 tsp Sal’s Sicilian seasoning
1 tbsp Partanna Olive Oil
1 log of goat cheese
1 loaf sourdough bread
1 bunch fresh basil
Directions
- First, start with your jar of Sal’s Red Gravy and heat it for about 5 minutes on your stovetop until warm. I like using a cast iron, but any pan that’s oven safe is fine.
- Once the sauce is warm, crack your eggs into the warm sauce and crumble the goat cheese over the top.
- Put into a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- While the eggs are in the oven, grill your sourdough bread on a skillet with a teaspoon of olive oil.
- When the eggs are done, season with 1 teaspoon of Sal’s Sicilian seasoning and drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle the top with chopped basil, and your delicious meal is ready!
